2. What we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: your name, business email, company name, job role, billing address, VAT and company registration numbers, purchase order numbers, and the content of your messages.
- Account and order history: what you have bought, your subscriptions, downloads, invoices and payments.
- Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits, but never your full card number.
- Website usage: technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
3. How we use it, and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your Orders, manage your account and subscriptions, and provide support - to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records - to meet our legal obligations.
- To keep our website and services secure, prevent fraud and misuse of our data, and improve our products - for our legitimate interests.
- To send you occasional updates about our products where you are a business customer or have asked to hear from us - for our legitimate interests, or with your consent where required. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect it: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), Google Workspace (email), and our professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK's adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order, invoice and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. We keep account and contact information for as long as your account is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we are not required to keep it.
7. Our data products
The location data we sell describes businesses and their premises - store names, addresses, coordinates, opening hours and similar information. It is not intended to contain personal information. If you believe any of our data relates to you as an individual, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.
9. Cookies
Our website uses only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as remembering your order while you shop. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.
10. Changes to this notice
